DEFENSE
Evre Group’s defense arm consists of three companies: Evre Engineering Consulting, Mersys and Dese.
For the last 40 years, Evre Group has been sucessfully providing engineering consulting, representation and distribution services to foreign and local defense companies as well as to government bodies, including Turkish Armed Forces and NATO.
Group company Mersys partners with leading defense and communication companies in the world to market their products in Turkey and the region.
REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT
Evre Group was one of the first investors in the Antalya region starting with the beginning of 1990s.
The Group built, owned and operated two 5-star holiday resorts in Antalya: Pirates Beach Club, Tekirova and Club Nobilis, Belek, the latter managed by Robinson, a major resort owner/operator owned by TUI.
Evre also partnered with a leading Turkish construction firm, Tepe, to develop and build a golf club and villas in Ankara. The project is currently under planning stage.

MERSYS
Representation and Distribution Services for Defense and Communications
Mersys specialize in representation, distribution, systems integration, offset management and consulting services for defense and communications industries in Turkey. We concentrate mainly on IT architecture, military communications, mobile systems and rugged electronics.
DESE
Representation and Contractor Activities for Defense Companies
Dese, founded in 1975, is the first group company of Evre Group. For over 40 years it provided representation and consulting services for foreign defense companies that have projects in Turkey. Dese successfully completed numerous projects together with its partners in the Turkish Defense sector.
PARKVILLA
Golf Club and Villas, Ankara
Evre Group formed a joint venture with one of the leading Turkish construction companies, Tepe İnşaat of Bilkent Holding in 2005 to explore opportunities in the growing real estate market. The joint venture company, Parkvilla, owns a 2.2 million m2 land 40 km south of Ankara which is planned to be developed into a residential area with a golf club, two 18-hole golf courses, golf villas and a boutique hotel. The surrounding plots will include retail, commercial and recreational zones, a university campus and a technology center to be developed by Bilkent Holding as well as other leading Turkish companies. The project is currently in planning stage.
